Two years ago, I started on my journey to become an ELF. It was a decision that I've never once regretted. 

Two years later, here I am. 

To be honest, I don't even know why I am typing this. As if what I feel for them can be expressed in words or typography on black and white. 
They're more than just a group to me and as cheesy as it sounds, it's true.

Super Junior to me, is like a precious diamond. 
You have to get though layers and layers of grime and stone and rock to find the diamond that is hiding underneath. It's hard work, as you get hurt by the sharp stones as you uncover the true story of them. You get hurt as you see what they've gone through to see the Super Junior today. But when you finally reach the diamond, it's like, it's all worth it. But sometimes there are still little specks of dirt stuck on the diamond that cannot be removed. They hide things from us and we will never find out because they don't want us to know. Sometimes, we get too close to the diamond and the sharp edges cut us. Sometimes, we let ourselves fall too deep and it hurts us because we feel such empathy towards them. When they hurt, we hurt. When they smile, we smile. 
When we see other people who have this diamond too, we are drawn to them. Because we feel that we're in the same league. Super Junior has allowed me to meet so many amazing friends. The people in the same fandom as me who can understand exactly how I feel because we all love the same precious diamond. We keep this precious diamond close to us because it's so, so precious to us and we never ever want to lose it. Everyday, every moment, we think about the diamond, it's always somewhere in the back of our minds. 

Super Junior is my shining diamond.

Never would have thought about the beauty of some of these pictures I took last year while in Korea. I just snapped them. I think I'm starting to appreciate the world around me more. I'll go finish editing the rest and post them up soon :3

Ohmygod. What a tiring 5 days without LJ on Chrome AND MFF.
Anyways, I can finally post chapter 2 now! 
I know, I promised that I'll do a non-kpop post and I will!

Just a little note, I originally wanted this to be a one-shot and post it all at once, wowing everybody (lol no). But then I realised that it would not work that way for me since I have no motivation at all lmao. And also uh, I checked and I started this thing on 29 July 2010 during a boring science lesson. It's been almost a year and I'm not even half way done shit. So yeah, maybe posting it in chapters will motivate me to write more consistently! Also, you may notice that my writing really changes throughout the whole fan fic. Especially in the earlier chapters because I was really noobish when I started so it won't be those high standard fan fics you read everyday like those great authors like thundersquall ;A; Please excuse any grammatical errors or sentence structure problems. Well, as long as I understand the story can already la. I mean, this was started out of boredom so I don't expect it to be gorgeous with many bombastic and descriptive words anyway hahaha. Also, the chapters may be short because my cliff-hangers are everywhere so I'm incredibly sorry if you feel that reading this would be a waste of time :(
